Very pleased

Would not recommend this manufacturer. They CAN'T tell the difference between purple and gray. I asked for a black and gray pattern color, and I got pictures of 2 different batches they made (picture attached). 14 good hats that are actually black and gray, 36 bad hats that are faded black and purple.....I complained and they said they would redo my order.....Well today, I recieved my order and all they did was make 14 more BAD HATS in faded black/purple color....Total of 50 bad hats.....Instead of at least making 36 good hats, or restarting the entire order over, and use the same material for the whole batch....they opted to ruin the whole order......Will not do business again....I'd say 20 hats have crooked bills sewn on as well.....
